Amendment of section 37.

18. Section 37 of the principal Ordinance is

amended in subsection (2) -

(a) in paragraph (b), by inserting the following

after "with" --

"any provision of this Ordinance or";

(b) by inserting the following after the semicolon

at the end of paragrpah (c) -

"or";

(c) in paragraph (d), by deleting "section 34,

35 or 36;" and substituting the following

"this Ordinance."; and

(d) by deleting paragraphs (e) and (f).

Amendment of section 40.

19. Section 40 of the principal Ordinance is

amended

(a) in subsection (1) -

(i) paragraph (a), by inserting the following

after "names"

"and places of residence"; and
