(3) Nothing shall prevent a licensee,
when broadcasting any material which it
is required under section 24 or 25 to
broadcast, from broadcasting advertising
material in accordance with section 23."
Amendment of section 30.
16. Section 30 of the principal Ordinance is
amended in paragraph (c) by deleting "the maximum value
of any prize awarded in such contests" and substituting
the following
"limitations on types of prizes which may be awarded
in such contests and the maximum values of such
prizes".
Amendment of section 33.
17. Section 33 of the principal Ordinance is
amended
(a) by renumbering it as subsection (1); and
(b) by inserting the following after subsection (1) --
"(2) The Television Authority may,
if he is of the opinion that any programme
intended to be broadcast by a licensee
may affect the peace and good order of
Hong Kong, require the licensee to
pre-record the programme and submit it
to him for approval before it is broadcast.".
