My Directors are greatly disturbed at

this possible development and respectfully submit that there is no justification, technical or otherwise, to disturb the allocation of Band IV to my Company which has met all the stringent conditions of the licence during the last five years despite many uncertainties and difficulties.

Our legal advisers in London feel that

if my understanding of the position is correct, the legislation or regulations to be introduced might well be seen as a unilateral alteration of an existing licence and confiscatory in nature.

With genuine

concern, I find it impossible to understand why our

Government should pursue such a course.
