(g) (i) For the purposes of outside reporting

and the general maintenance and operation

of their systems, a licensee may

establish a baso station at Temple Hill

and/or at its Studio Centre which shall

provide both way communication facilities

to mobile and/or portable stations.

(ii) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (i),

suitable frequency allocations shall

be made by the Telecommunications

Authority in the VHF or UHF bands

designated for such purposes in Hong

Kong.

(h) While the establishment of any facility referred

to in this subclause shall not require the payment of

the appropriate licence fee prescribed under the

Telecommunication Ordinance (Chapter 106) the

operation of any such equipment shall be subject

at all times to such conditions as may be specified

by the Telecommunications Authority.
