(f) (i) The frequency allocations detailed in

paragraphs (a) to (e) represent the

basic facilities which licensces shall

be permitted initially to provide

and operate in connexion with their

Services.

(ii) Licensees may, however, subsequently

apply to the Telecommunications Authority

for the provision of further facilities.

(iii) Applications under sub-paragraph (ii)

shall be required to show that the

additional facility proposed is essential

to the operation of the television service

as a whole.

(iv) Approval for the operation of any

additional facility shall be dependent

upon the current position with respect

to the availability of suitable

frequencies and may necessitate the

allocation of frequencies between

licensees.
