Advertisements for medical preparations.
Certain
advertisements prohibited.
CAP. 52] Television (Advertising) Regulations. [1964 Ed.
(4) Advertising material shall not be inserted in any pro- gramme of news, religious or educational matter or programmes containing such other matter as the Television Authority may specify, and the period of time between any advertisement and the beginning or end of any such programme shall be not less than the period specified by the Television Authority.
6. No advertisement for any medical preparation shall be broadcast without the approval in writing of the Director of Medical and Health Services obtained in respect of the whole of the advertising material.
7. No advertisement of a religious or political nature or concerned with any industrial dispute shall be broadcast.
