Commission of 25 June 1951 may be terminated by sending a communication from the Secretary of State in the following

3. There is no need for Her Majesty to sign anything or do any other formal act. If it is felt that Her Majesty's authority should be obtained before the Commission is terminated, it would suffice if H.M. approved a submission proposing its termination.
