Further to my letter of 10 February, you probably already have copies of the various leaflets issued in this country in connection with fire risks, fire drills, etc. but in case not I am sending you a complete set with this letter. We can, of course, supply more if you wish.

I have had a talk with Mr G G Connell, the Fire Adviser at the Department of Employment. He told me that after a serious fire in 1968 which caused much loss of life, arrangements were made to identify 'high risk factories' and these are now inspected once a year as against the normal once in four years for the average factory.
