Sir Alec and Lady Douglas-Home will be accompanied on the visit to the Taltex Ltd., in Sha Tsui Road, by the Acting Director of Commerce and Industry, the Hon. E.I. Lee. At the factory complex, the party will be met by Mr. C.C. Lee, the Managing Director, Mr. B.I. Barlow, the Executive Director, and other directors.

This meeting will be held in the Central Government Offices.

This luncheon, given by His Excellency the Governor and Lady MacLehose, will be held in the Connaught Room of the Mandarin Hotel and 170 guests have been invited to attend. and Lady Douglas-Home, accompanied by His Excellency the Governor and Lady MacLehose, will arrive at the Mandarin Hotel at 1 p.m. The Foreign Secretary will speak before the start of the luncheon.

The Foreign Secretary and Lady Douglas-Home, accompanied by the District Commissioner, New Territories, the Hon. D.C. Bray, will see new developments in Shau Kei Wan, Kwun Tong, Tsz Wan Shan, Kwai Chung, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, Plover Cove and High Island from the air. During the flight, the Foreign Secretary and Lady Douglas-Home will land at Kwai Chung to visit the Kwai Hing Low-Cost Housing Estate.

The party will be met by the Commissioner for Housing, Mr. Donald Liao and the Government Architect, Mr. C. Bramwell.
