the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1970, I appoint -

Justice of the Peace, to be provisionally an Unofficial Member of

the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 12th July 1972 during the

absence from the Colony of Mr Peter Gordon Williams, Justice of

the Peace.
