Many thanks for your letter of 3 February about Mr Pao and World-Wide Shipping.
Mr Lee (who is in charge of Mr Pao's office in London) told us recently that Mr Pao had written to you seeking a meeting. This presumably is a result of your request to the Director of Marine to let Mr Pao know that the Director would welcome an opportunity of discussing this matter with him. We shall be most interested to hear the outcome of this meeting.
