I am so to have been long on commenting on ti 18. My understanding of the position is that of 106 venchors Ny avcilable for the dependent territ dea it wo eoriler intended that no territory (1.8. including Hong Kong) should have more than 200. The GovernNOY f Long Hong now proposes that Hong Kong should have 300. Migration & Visa Department propose on the other and that the 200 limit for any one territory should be raised to 240, that ls allowing long long to have 240 vouchers if Long Long, asis were the territory to take this larger half of the total dependent territories share.
