Clause 49 This clause provides for the lodging of

objections for consideration either by the Governor

or by the Governor in Council, according to the

circumstances, by any person aggrieved by the

decision, act, or omission of any public officer

in the exercise of his powers under the Bill. But

the Bill does not provide for any objection to be lodged against any decision, act, or omission of

the Governor or of the Governor in Council.

The nature of this Bill is such that it is likely to attract Parliamentary interest and in fact it has

already been the subject of a Parliamentary Question and of letters from two Members of Parliament.
