I have spoken to Mr Logan about this. He tells me that Mr Royle has agreed nothing should be said at present about the £400,000 for technical institutes in Hong Kong. I have however asked for confirmation of this. event, I understand that it is most unlikely that Mr Cronin's Question will be reached next Monday.
