7. From 1 January 1972/ces may be exported free of

quota restrictions, but evidence of date of shipment may

be required to distinguish such goods from those shipped in

1971 on arrival in UK. We do not think that we shall

need to ask Governments to supply this evidence although if

export certificates continue to be issued anyway these will

be acceptable as evidence.

8. After transition period in first few months of 1972
