7. OFFICIAL BOXES

These will be cross-labelled on 15 April under arrangements made by Communications Department. Boxes, portable typewriters etc. to be taken to the airport should be deposited with the Security Officer at the Main Entrance to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office by close of play tonight, 15 April.

They will be taken to the airport tomorrow morning by the Senior Security Officer, who will hand them over, with courier's passport to Miss Campbell (Special Courier) in the aircraft.
