COMPOSITION OF THE PARTY

This is shown at Appendix I, with aircraft seat numbers.

TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS TO LONDON AIRPORT

These are given at Appendix II. The Alcock and Brown Suite has been reserved.

PASSPORTS ETC.

Those travelling are asked to take with them to London Airport their passport and certificates of vaccination/inoculation against smallpox, TAB and cholera. Air tickets will be taken to the airport by the Conference Officer.

PERSONAL BAGGAGE

The Secretary of State and Mrs. Stewart are asked to bring their personal baggage with them to London Airport; the remainder of the party (i.e. Serial Nos. 3 to 14 inclusive) are asked to leave their personal baggage at the Main Entrance to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office; Downing Street (West) by not later than 09.30 hours on 16 April, please, when it will be collected by the Senior Security Officer, Mr. Kissock, and taken to the airport. (As Mr. Kissock must leave the Foreign and Commonwealth Office at 09.30 sharp, any baggage left after this time runs the risk of being left behind.

BAGGAGE LABELS

(a) These were distributed with the Administrative Arrange- ments. All concerned are asked to ensure that everything taken in the aircraft is labelled with the appropriate coloured labels, as described in the Administrative Arrangements (para. 4) and that all items to go in the aircraft cabin have in addition a Cabin-Load label. Each item should be clearly marked with owner's name and destination.

(b) For the onward journey, Hong Kong-Tokyo, the coloured labels described at para. 4(b) and (c) of the Administrative Arrangements should be used and also the ribbons provided. labels and ribbons will be held by the Private Office.

(c) All concerned are asked to note that blank baggage labels should be kept under lock and key.
