I cannot accept that holders of Hong Kong passports
are treated by the UK Government as "second-class citizens".
Residents of Hong Kong who are citizens of the United Kingdon
and Colonies are in the same position as any other citizens
of the United Kingdom and Colonies who belong to countries
There is no discrimination against
of the Commonwealth.
