MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 281).
Merchant Shipping (Control of Ports) (Amendment) Regulations 1970.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Merchant
Shipping Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following
regulations
1. These regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping
(Control of Ports) (Amendment) Regulations 1970.
Commencement.
2.
(1) Regulation 3 shall come into operation on a day to be
appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
(2) Regulation 4 shall come into operation on a day to be
appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette which shall be
subsequent to the day appointed under paragraph (1).
(3) Regulation 5 shall come into operation on a day to be
appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette which shall be
subsequent to the day appointed under paragraph (2).

Amendment of Second Schedule. (Cap. 281, sub. leg..
3. The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is amended
by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following
"(c) Boundaries of the Hung Hom Fairway.
