Aircraft passengers arriving without

valid

travel

document.

(a)

the master of the ship or commander of the

aircraft; and

(b)

the owner of the ship or aircraft and his agent,

shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction

to a fine of one hundred thousand dollars and to imprisonment

for three years unless he proves that all practicable steps

had been taken to prevent persons from landing from the ship

or aircraft in contravention of subsection (1).

35.

If any passenger who arrives in Hong Kong in an

aircraft does not have a valid travel docurient, the owner

of the aircraft and his agent shall be guilty of an offence

and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of one thousand

dollars.

Breach of landing condition.

36.

Any person who contravenes a landing condition

shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction

to a fine of five thousand dollars and to imprisonment for

two years.

37.

(1) Any person who makes or causes to be made

(a)

(b)

to an immigration officer or any other person

lawfully acting under or in the execution of

Part II, III or IV of this Ordinance;

in any document furnished to the Director or any

other immigration officer pursuant to this

Ordinance or a requirement made thereunder; or
