If so, I would only suggest
the drafting amendments I have made in pencil to
paragraph 14.
3. Paragraphs 33, 34 and 35. These paragraphs seem
to me to be in order. If anything, they put the
concern of the Legal Advisers perhaps a little too
strongly.

Further amendment proposed in paragraph 6 at (32) on
HKK 16/2. Although this is a matter for the Board of
Trade, it seems to me that section 48(3) of the United
Kingdom Copyright Bill 1956 does cover programmes
originated by the operator of the diffusion service.
I am not sure that the proposed amended modification makes
the position any clearer. I do not understand the
distinction the draftsman appears to be making between
"transmitting" and "distributing". I would leave
section 48(3) as it is.
