Detention Centres.

Would you please refer to your letter PDG 106/1/78 of 27 April, in which you provided information for the Government of Hong Kong on detention centres in the United Kingdom.

I should be most grateful if, as a matter of urgency, you could let me have another set of the papers and publications you provided on that occasion. We are undertaking a review of of the situation in Hong Kong in the light of the Governor's report about crime in the Colony, and it would be useful for us to have the infor- mation contained in the publications which were sent to Hong Kong.
