My right honourable Friend has not received any representations on this subject. It is of course, as the honourable Member knows, a matter of continu- ing interest in Hong Kong. On the general issue, I have nothing to add to the answer given to my honourable Friend the Member for Brighouse and Spenborough on the 15th of December, 1969.
