see how depondent Hong Kong is on trade relations
and how absolutely imperative it is there for
Hong Kong to maintain her trade relation.

two wishes are of considerable topical importance
here as you know as a result of British entry of
generalized preferences.

order to see for myself how thriving but also how dependent Hong Kong is on the basis of its
