Amendment of regulation 10.

3. Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is amended

in paragraph (1) -

(a) by deleting in sub-paragraph (a) "three" and substituting

the following -

"two";

(b) by deleting in sub-paragraph (c) "two" and substituting

the following

"both".

Revocation and replacement of

regulation 14.

4.

Regulation 14 of the principal regulations is revoked and

replaced by the following ·

"Accounts of trade union

to include accounts of any branch, etc., thereof.

14. Every registered trade union shall include

in its statement of account the accounts of any

branch of the trade union and of every business or

charitable, cultural, educational or medical undertaking

that is operated by or in the name of the trade union.".

Amendment of

regulation 17.

5. Regulation 17 of the principal regulations is amended by

inserting, after paragraph (3), the following new paragraph –
