TRADE UNION REGISTRATION ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 332).

Trade Union Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Trade

Union Registration Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the

following regulations

1. These regulations may be cited as the Trade Union

Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1971, and shall come into

operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Trade Union

Registration (Amendment) Ordinance 1971.

Amendment of regulation 5.

2. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended -

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "three" and substituting

the following

"two";

(b) in paragraph (b)

(i) by deleting "two" and substituting the following

"both";

(ii) by deleting "copy" and substituting the following -

"copies";

(c) in paragraph (c) by deleting "two" and substituting
