I cannot regard section 47 of the Trade Union

Registration Ordinance as conferring any protection on members of trade unions, but if the question is, whether

an act may be an offence against section 27 of the Public Order Ordinance notwithstanding that it is not an offence under section 47 of the Trade Union Registration Ordinance,

the answer is "Yes".
