Medical Report: This prisoner is blind in both eyes. exposed eyelid conjunctiva causes chronic irritation and pain. He has also partial loss of skull bone and he gets resulting chronic head ache. He still has small foreign bodies in different parts of his body. His chronic irritations and pains are genuine. He is a difficult patient, often argumentative and is of considerable nuisance value.

Medical Report: This prisoner has sex chromosomal disturbance congenital haemolytic anaemia and frequent urinary tract infection from a bladder diverticulum. Most of his complaints originate from the haemolytic anaemia and or bladder diverticulum. It is dificult to treat him and keep him sympton free for few months. His changing moods, childish behaviour and feminine fury frequently cause embarrassment.

Medical Report: He had an operation per abdomen for removal of a bullet in 1967. In 1969 he developed twisting of intestine from adhesion resulting most probably from the injury of bullet and the operation. The twisting developed into complete obstruction and gangrene; two feet of the gut was removed. Since the second operation he could not take full normal diet and he is on special diet till nov. He also gets frequent abdominal pain upto now - a sequel of the old bullet and operation. These pains are likely to persist indefinitely and chances of another intestinal obstruction is more than in a normal person. He is a good patient; he had more thanhhis quota of physical suffering.
