Medical Report: He has low back pain with neurological signs for about four months. He was admitted into Q.M.H. and a diagnosis of prolapsed intervertebral disc unde. When further investigation - a myelogram --and possible operation was advised, he refused to give consent unless absolute safety was guaranteed. Last two months his pain is getting worse and he has now agreed to undergo whatever investigation and operation advised. A myelogram is booked for on 28.7.70. He is a good prisoner; but very simple and can be easily manipulated by his comrades. His chronic suspicion and lack of trust in "us" may explain his behaviour.
