Hong Kong Divorce Jurisdiction Rules
I forward the original and one copy of a submission to the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs covering a draft Statutory Instrument entitled Hong Kong (Non-Domiciled Parties) Divorce Rules 1969.
2. The draft Statutory Instrument has been signed by the Secretary of State and is now submitted for the Lord Chancellor's concurrence.

When the Lord Chancellor has signed I should be grateful if the Statutory Instrument could be sent immediately to the Legal Executive Branch (Miss H. M. Sweet). She has to receive the document for further necessary action in time for this Instrument to become operative on 1 January, 1970.
