of the Federal Supreme Court,

9. Service as a judge designate before 3rd January, 1958.

10. Provisions in respect of judges without pensionable service other than service as a judge of the Federal Supreme Court.

11 Pension where service as such a judge is five years or longer and

pension where such service is less than five years.

12. Provisions in respect of judges with pensionable service other than

service as a judge of the Federal Supreme Court.

13 Pension where vensionable service is ten years or longer and pension

where such service is less than 10 years

14 Qualifying service.
