(iii)
Upon the recommendation of the Committee and approval at an Annual General Meeting, a Member may be granted Honorary Life Membership of the Association and shall retain the status of a sub- scribing member.
5. ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCIAL YEAR
The Administration and Financial Year of the Associa- tion shall be from the 1st September to the following 31st August.
6. ORGANISATION

The organisation shall consist of the main or parent body, meeting in London and such other divisions as may be found necessary for the better working of the Association.
The Parent Body shall at all times be the Head of the Association, shall make the policy and shall take the major decisions of the Association.
7. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
(i) The Officers of the Association shall consist of:
President
Vice-Presidents
Chairman
Secretary
Assistant Secretary
Treasurer
Editor
Welfare Officer.
