(iii) All applications for membership of the Association
shall be approved by the Committee.
(iv) Any applicant feeling aggrieved by a decis of the Committee may appeal in writing to th xt
Annual General Meeting of the Association when any decision shall be final.
(v) Any member whose subscription is unpaid for one
year shall not be eligible to vote or hold office.
(vi) Any member whose subscription is unpaid for two years shall cease to be a member of the Association. Such member may be restored to full membership with the approval of the Committee on payment of the full arrears due.
(vii) In their discretion the Committee may require the resignation of or expel any member who, in their opinion, is unfit to be a member of the Association
(viii) Any member so required to resign, or expelled, may appeal in writing to the next Annual General Meeting for reinstatement and any decision taken at such meeting shall be final.
4. SUBSCRIPTION
(i)
The Annual Subscription of the Association for Members shall be Ten Shillings. For Life Member- ship the subscription shall be Seven Pounds and Ten Shillings. The Widow of a Member shall automatically assume Associate Membership, without subscription.
(ii) The Honorary Secretary, for his services, shall be exempt from payment of the Annual Subscription, but shall have the full rights of a subscribing member.
