I mentioned that FCO wish to suggest a redraft of paragraphs 4-6 of the enclosure to DUB(F)'s letter of 25th September to 8ir Leslie Mensen, and that they hope it may be possible to have Ministry of Defence approval not later than Tuesday afternoon 7th October. They think that telephone clearance should be possible.
