contribution should be identified, as in the

past, with new capital works.

please let me know and we will do our best to

provide it. Otherwise we shall hope in due

course to receive your own assessment of this

question, a note of the considerations which

you have taken into account in formulating

your views, and the figures you propose. There

is I think nothing to be gained by considering

future procedures until we have been able to

form a reaction to proposals on these lines.
