We were advised of Mr. Tang's proposed visit to London in September by ODM at (14). We cannot say that there have been any new developments and would not expect any until Mr. Tang has discussed with TETOC. But we could tell Lord Shepherd that when TETOC met on 2 July it responded gladly to Mr. Tang's request and is setting up a special group to meet him in September. I have drafted accordingly.
