I have the honour to present for your information a summary of general Polytechnic policies and their application prepared by the Polytechnic Planning Committee. This is not in any way a formal report and does not call for a response fromn Government.

The summary has been unanimously agreed by the Committee except for one point: and on that one point there is only one dissentient. I believe therefore that it provides a foundation for continuing our work in the Polytechnic Planning Committee.
