put into continuous form together with parts of the explanatory note attached to PFC.53, has been given to HE the Governor.
copy of this and of the covering letter from the Chairman is attached.

A copy of PPC.53 and its explanatory note has been sent to Mr. F.G. Cooke of the Legal Department, (who is the Attorney General's representative on the Structure and Legislation sub-Committee) so that
he may consider whether any parts of the proposed legislation can be drafted in readiness for the next meeting of the full Polytechnic
Planning Committee in October.
3.
During September the Chairman and Secretary hope to see
in London the Chairman and some members of the UK Ministry of Overseas
Development Council for Technical Education and Training for Overseas
Countries in order to discover what services and advice they might be able to provide.
