My final point is to express the hope that Hong Kong will use Britain as a major resource so that its new Polytechnic can be second to none in concept, in its status, forward plans and as soon as possible, in its performance.
I hope an early decision about a team to visit Britain can be made by the Government of Hong Kong. I shall be glad to assist in every way as a member of TETOC and in my professional capacity.
I would like to express my deep appreciation of the many courtesies extended to me by the Hong Kong Government and so many organizations and people during my brief visit. I am particularly indebted to Mr. S.F. Bailey for arranging my visit and to The Hon. J. Canning, Director of Education, for so much of his time and helpful guidance.
