Hong Kong/Swedish negotiations

RECEIVED IN REGISTRY NO.51 12 JUN 1969

23rd April Hong Kong to F.C.O. - Telegram 319
Hong Kong tells Swedes that only authorised to discuss prolongation of existing arrangements.
