Dear Department,

Please refer to your letter EIC.715/2 dated 29 August about U.A.R. Consular endorsements on commercial documents.

We spoke to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hoping to acquire a copy of the regulations about these endorsements but we were informed that there are no published regulations, only instructions to U.A.R. missions abroad that all commercial documents for use in the U.A.R. require an endorsement and the standard fee is LE.4.800.
