Attestations on commercial invoices and
certificates of origin of goods:

When the value of the goods is not declared on the invoice or certificate a fixed tax of £E.3.000 plus a Consular fee of £E.1.500.
When the value of the goods is declared a Consular fee of £E.1.500 plus a proportional tax at the rate of 11% for the first £E.100.000 of the declared value and 1% for the remainder, provided the total of the proportional tax is not less than £E.3.000. In addition, Stamp duty is to be collected on the document and Tribunal tax at the rate of £E.0.100 on each signature attached.

Issue of certificates for commercial purposes:

When the value of the goods is declared a Consular fee of £E.1.500 plus a
proportional tax at the rate of 1% for the first £E.100.000 of the declared value and 1% for the remainder, provided the total of the proportional tax is not less than £E.3.000. In addition, Stamp duty is to be collected on the application and the document.
