In the course of this statement I also said that we would be prepared to give the OECD and other members a list of our dependent territories and I think it would be right to follow up my formal statement by a Memorandum to be circulated to OECD listing all our dependent territories. A cover note to this list could either repeat my statement or make whatever points you would feel more appropriate. I should like to do this in good time for the next meeting of the Group on 3rd November and I should therefore be grateful for you to have prepared a list of all the United Kingdom's dependencies which we would consider covered by the statement together with your comments on what should be said in the cover note, within the next few days.
