Goods that, in the opinion of the Minister, are hand-

made traditional products of cottage industries of a

country that, at the time the goods are entered for home consumption, is a less

developed country, as

follows:

-

continued.

(14) metal ware that is

beaten;

carved;

chased;

enamelled;

filigreed;

inlaid; or moulded;

(15) onyx ware, carved or in-

laid, being goods falling within item 71.15 in the First Schedule;

(16) paintings executed by hand

on bark, falling within paragraph 99.01.91 in the First Schedule;

(17) papier mache ware,

decorated;

(18) ponchos;

(19) pottery, decorated;

(20) quilts, decorated, stuffed

with feathers or down;

(21) shopping bags and

similar carrying nets of a type falling within item 59.05 or 59.06 in the First Schedule;

(22) skirts of grass or like

vegetable materials of a kind known as hula skirts; (23) textile fabrics, of cotton or

in chief part by weight of cotton, weighing less than 6 ounces per square yard, not being fabrics to which sub-paragraph 55.09.329 in the First Schedule applies;

(24) textile fabrics, of silk or

in chief part by weight of silk, not printed;

NOTE:

In the two immediately preceding references a reference to "in chief part" means more than 50% of the

named fibre. In the case of silk, fibres contain- ing silk, waste silk and noll silk may be agg- regated to ascertain the silk content
