country that, at the time the

goods are entered for home consumption, is a less developed country, as follows:

(1) animal and furskin rugs,

falling within item 43.03 in the First Schedule; (2) ceramic floor and wall

tiles, hand-made, whether or not glazed or decorated; (3) coats, fancy, hand-made

from hand-woven mater- ials, sometimes known as "Cotorinas";

(4) coconut-shell ware, carved,

inlaid or decorated;

(5) embroidered textiles being:

(1) tapestries falling

within sub-item 58.03.9 in the First Schedule, not being wool; and

(ii) badges, emblems or

the like falling within sub-item 58. 10.9 in the First Schedule;

(6) hand-loom textile fabrics

of cotton, or in chief part by weight of cotton, weighing more than 6 ounces per square yard, having designs produced by broche threads or yarns, falling within sub-paragraph_55.09.499 or paragraph 58.05.49 in the First Schedule; (7) hand-woven table napery of cotton, being napery falling within sub-item 62.02.9 in the First Schedule;

(8) horn ware, ivory ware,

shell ware or stone ware, being goods that are carved or inlaid;

(9) imitation jewellery, being

necklaces, bracelets or the like, consisting of fruit kernels joined by metal links, falling within item 71.16 in the First Schedule;

(10) lace articles, hand-made

from hand-made lace;

(11) lace, hand-made, in the

piece, in strips or in motifs;

(12) lacquer ware;

(13) leather ware, decorated;

These goods are to be entered under their appropriate tariff classification and Statistical Code except where any special treatment is indicated. Quantities are to be expressed in terms of the unit of quantity for which the abbreviation has been shown, when required, in the Statistical Key.
