when the Council, in accordance with Article 1(2) decides to
plate under observation a product the import of which is, in accorde
ance with those agricultural regulations, subject to the production
of an import certificate or other import document, Article 3 (2) and

the provisions of those regulations.

Community Procedure

Consultations may take place at any time.
They shall
start without delay either at the request of a Member State, or
on the initiative of the Commission.
2.
Consultations shall be carried out within an Advisory Committee,
hereinunder "the Committee", consisting of representatives of each
Member State, and presided by a representatige of the Commission.
3. The Committee shall tx be convened by its Chairman, who
supply
shall ferxhatify the Member States with any useful information
as soon as possible.

(a) İmpark conditions of imports, their development and the various
situation
aspects of the economic and trade petition for the product in
question.
