Article 9

Not later than three months before the end of the transition/Z

period

the Council xkai, ruling on the proposal of the Commission

and in accordance with the voting procedure laid bwn in Article

111(3) of the Treaty, shall decidexx take a decision in respect

of amendments to this Regulation, taking account of the introduction

of a common trade polity.

Article 10

This Regulation shall come into force on 1 January, 1969.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly

application in all Member States.
