Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will consult with the Government of Hong Kong with a view to introducing legislation governing the hours worked by shop attendants, waiters and lift operators in order to establish for them a working week not exceeding 50 hours;

and if he will make a statement.
