to Friday shift work then such person shall be entitled
to three weeks at the appropriate rate plus shift allow-
ance. Where a person is asked to work shift work on a
seven day week shift basis he or she will be entitled to
four weeks annual leave at the normal weekly rate plus
shift benefits.
