As you will see from paragraph 6 of the
attached copy of a letter which Mr. Moreton
has sent to the Governor, we have said that
Lord Shepherd does not wish to appear on
television. But if you felt that there was
some advantage in the Minister appearing in
a programme which is aimed specifically at
youth, he would be willing to reconsider his
previous thoughts in this matter.
